PUBLIC DRAW versus SECRET DRAW

In Response To: PUBLIC DRAW versus SECRET DRAW (Chiva Tafazzoli)

Nordic Open had a public draw last year. I know because I saw it. It looked like a "slow" computer draw that was beamed on the wall. The names came out one at a time.

I got a bye, hence I believe it was a fair draw. :-)

I prefer public draws as these are much more transparent. I don't mind the extra 20 minutes of exciting waiting to see who draws who.
