Thanks for all the feedback. I did not drop the cube in question. It's only after getting backgammonned that I became a bit pensive of these scenarios for the future. We just played another match and he cubed me in a similar type position. I, again took the cube and later on recubed him at a score of 12-9 to 15 in what I thought was a dead drop. He, however, took, and , obviously recubed me to 8 for the match. Of course, on his first roll, he threw 5-5 to go from my 2 point to his midpoint(Had a 5 prime vs him) and he had weak 4 point board.He went on to win the race and match. Ok, Jake Jacobs, even tho I have a winning record vs this friend, beginning to wonder who the FISH really is and may need some new "chum"-lol. I, however, learned a very valuable lesson for future matches w/ similar scores, etc. Seth
