In Response To: Movies and Backgammon /Trivia Contest (Seth)

The first that comes to mind is a favorite: "Into the Night" - Pfeiffer/Goldblum: 3-5 min scene in gambling club with BG players in the background using dedicated backgammon tables.

Of course, the "lucky 6's" scene in "The Spy Who Loved Me," but Moore is my least favorite Bond.

BTW: there was a 5 minute scene in an episode of "The Mentalist" last season where the lead was manipulating the dice against a "prince." They also placed a "Backgammon Club" sign on the building's exterior.
