I can add the gnu @6 to the flagged positions yes but it would be biased.

You may get some idea if your setting is better than 4-ply for example.

To do it unbiased isn't feasable for time reasons because:

There is no way to automate a truncated rollout analysis unless I'm mistaken.

Given the number of moves I anticipate need rolling out (4000-5000) and assuming each move has 2-3 candidate plays and that my PC is slow it would take way too long to do manually and I'd be sending you the bill for my RSI injury ;-)

If you wanted an unbiased evaluation we'd have to ask the nice guys at gnu team if they could come up with a solution to roll out 500 money games based on say world class 2-ply filters. I'll ask them...
