Right, I knew this, but didn't know how to quantify the future value of shots after 65 and 66. I guess I could have thought about it like this: Bill's equity goes up if he leaves me just 11 shots, so it is more than 11, and obviously it's less than 17, so it's probably in the 13-15 range.

Also I am usually only delaying the shot for one roll and then I have to run anyway. Though I think I understand where I went wrong here.
