Fortunately, in the subject case, though the indictees are from Nevada and Minnesota and the charges are in New Jersey, the various states all generally have extradition arrangements so they, ultimately, will see their days in court. If Chiva is correct, and at least one of them has a prior similar conviction, I hope they all get the max.

I seriously doubt if the Georgian guy with the modified dice in France last year ever made the return trip to a French court to face his charges. Perhaps Chiva knows.

Maybe with criminal indictments (and hopefully convictions), with more vigilance by all, with equipment changes and procedural modifications, and with appropriate identification and publicity of cheating perpetrators, we can continue to clean up our game and make it more enjoyable, and more legitimate, for all.
