Some may not know that the convention in online discussions is that using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or using five !!!!! instead of one simulates SHOUTING!!!! Excessive "shouting" makes writing harder to read, and makes the writer look like one of those people who think what they say becomes more impressive the louder they say it. In short, someone some others will choose to ignore. Really.
