These error rates are high not only because it's SW analysis, but because you leave things included that I would otherwise omit. Playing an opening 52$ v. someone who is capable of playing a 12 and probably averages an 8 is no longer a .06 error, it's dead correct. I will post GNU's ERs and my personal opinions on any skill oriented positions if I get the time. (I also slotted 41 while clearly ahead on the scoresheet eg) GNU had me at a 2.7 and a 3.3 I believe on 2 ply, going from memory alone.
