Cube play against a weaker Opponent

Maddy played decently vs me until her cube actions that last game.
Averaging GNU 4 ply and XGR evals she took the initial cube a 1.36 drop with her 8-5 lead. Her recube to 4 with her busted board when I exposed 2 blots is only a 1.32 !!! error. Her take of the 8 cube prior to my 51 was a 1.16 error.
Maybe her best chance to win the match is to take that 8 cube rather than trail 9-8 to 15...but WTF...I am down 12-5 if I lose the game anyhow.
I change less than I used to vs weaker players. My checker play when in doubt may be steered a bit more to the complicated side as compared to vs a real W/C player and I may back off cubing a bit with a lead when they have takes in simple positions and I may back off a bit in race type positions or simple holding games, both taking and cubing.
Here there was no way on God's earth that I wouldn't recube to 8 when I was certain it wasn't a proper take.
