HI Neil,

The big cubes were no suprise (had someone said there was a 16 cube in your match I would have believed that too). I classify Maddy as very difficult player to play. I have seen her play for years and she tends to do better against people of higher skill. She's willing to risk it all against a superior opponent.

I have learned that there are a few players in SHG (Maddy's not alone) with deceptively high error rates but very good win rates against Expert players. No matter how good a cube looks against Maddy I am very cautious to hand her a big cube (She will take too good to cubes!)

She also doesn't give herself enough credit at times, and has a lot of potential if she applied herself.
