My first impulse is to dilly build with 8/3. That's without seeing the lovely duplication of 6s and 4s (and 2s) after bar/16. Considering that, now I'm thinking that bar/16 still gives White too many hit/split, hit/cover initiative-taking rolls; and, the 13 point checkers will soon be builders for the prime, making up for the loss of the 8 point builder. So I'll stick with 8/3, which apparently (I don't have the program) is XGR's play. Not on my radar at all was 13/8, giving splitting 3s and 4s, covering 4s and 6s, and hitting 3s and (especially) 1s.
