I would play 21/16. That anchor is likely to have to go soon anyway, and it looks to me that White's position is only getting stronger.

If I'm wrong, then 13/8 must be right. (Burying with 8/3 can't possibly be correct in this position.) I don't like 13/8, though, because if I'm hit then my three back checkers are very disconnected from my front checkers and I think it's going to be very hard to bring them around, especially if White springs another checker from the back to cover the outfield.
