Note that the 2 ply evaluation of this didn't change one bit when I switched from g11 to mec26

That's because no score can be reached that is part of the real g11, and the method that was used for extending the g11 was simply to copy-paste the ME's from mec26 for all the scores that aren't part of the real g11.
