XG rollout

It might take an even longer rollout to settle this issue for sure. I'll post my 1296 GNU rollout if it is finished when I get back home from work.

OTB I saw two down but slightly preferred leaving the 5 extra shots to nail down the 5 pt. I thought stepping up 24/22 was close but that also may get me attacked.
