There is a very easy, excellent way to do this on extremegammon...and I have done something similar myself. You have the ability to create different "profiles" for yourself. I have one profile I use for on-line matches, and another I use for money games, because I think the skills are very different.

You could call yourself toppace-1 for all your 5 move matches, save each match and the ELO, the name and date of the match, are all stored in your toppace-1 profile. You can see your ratings for each game, your average ratings, your rating on cube play and checker play. You can also see your progression...if you have been getting better, worse or the same.
