I did actually think about extending the table to cover some more obscure opening replies, but decided against it because I didn't have long cubeful rollout information for the tricky cases, and I don't have the computer power to do 46K or even 15K 2-ply rollouts in a reasonable amount of time.

Incidentally, in addition to the opening plays listed in Tom Keith's chart, I'm curious about the replies to 41U, 62D, and 32 played 13/10 6/4. Are there any interesting cases here?

By the way, I've been informed by email that "&" is nactation for double slot, so I plan to replace "&" with "+" soon.
