You may just want to write out the hand. I.e.: 1/2 stakes, 10 handed. UTG limps, UTG+1 raises, EP1 (Hero) calls with Q7h, folded to SB, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, 5-handed to flop (or something like that). Might be easier.

bisonbison had a hand converter for 2+2, but it seems to be MIA. Maybe http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/ is worth looking into.
