What I see is a position in which white has no flexibility and desparately wants to make some points before thinking about breaking that anchor, particularly since a gammon only works for blue here. I also don't want to advance that checker on the 24 point because that will give white complete freedom to unstack the heavy 6 or 8 points behind my blot and try make points - any points. So my immediate gameplan is to aggressively try to improve my prime before white is ready (or to trap white off the 3 point), while leaving the rear guy lurking for blots white may be forced to leave.
10/7 is clear, and I slightly prefer 13/11 over 10/8 or 6/4.
Note that of the 4s that could hit, hitting with 41 or 46 are enough to make white puke and 42 white wants to make the 21 point regardless. 44 is great regardless.
