I guess the corollary is that as you get better you tend to get more of these "seemingly QF problems" right. But it isn't easy to stay alert through an entire match, let alone a weekend.

I stand a much much higher chance of getting the problem right if I were playing doubles and my partner proposed the right move... but on my own, I just don't see it as an option and blow right past it. This is more of a question of my filtering process rather than my BG analysis.
