How do I post a photo in a message here?

You can't directly. If the photo is online on your own website you can put the html code (im src) directly into a message here. When someone views the post it will pull the picture from your server and put it in a message here.

I have my pic attached using the same method:

IMG SRC="http://www.capp-sysware.com/mike.jpg" WIDTH=640 HEIGHT=480 ALT="Spring 1999 - Calgary Skyline from Balcony"

(add the < and > ) yields:
