At this score I think the first two 2's have to be 24/22(2). Then the choice seems to be among 22/20(2), 13/11(2), and 6/4(2). I really don't know which is best, but would probably play 6/4(2). Making the 4-point is good for both offense and defense and the game could go a lot of ways from here and I want to be flexibly prepared. Unfortunately 6/4(2) strips the 6-point and thus makes it harder to make the 5-point, so it's not as good as it usually is in the opening. So it wouldn't surprise me too much if either 13/11(2) or 22/20(2) turns out to be better. It would surprise me, though, to be told that 13/5 is best, or indeed if any move not involving 24/22(2) is best.
