I must be the only one that doesn't think this play is a "next" ?

Clearly we win more often by playing 6/1 and keeping a 6 prime. Is it enough to offset the gammon risk ?

I honestly don't know.

After 61 more questions may arise. ..ie how do we then play an upcoming 61 or 62 or even 42 etc ..ie do we break our prime to make a cross over ?

Interesting stuff and since this vote has passed I've started a long rollout and also will rollout a couple of followups.
