I don't see how 32 leaves a second roll shot. And while inefficient I'd consider the cube after a hit/16 to be close enough to a cash for estimating purposes. I find this position interesting in that it is so easy to see blues wins but so difficult to find whites. I would expect white to way overpay in most chou settlements in practice.
