Looks like a clear ND/T to me. White is stripped and will have to give up something next roll, leaving attacking chances to black. Black's overall position is solid and all his checkers are in play. The gap in white's board is pretty big also and with only 1 spare available it doesn't look like white is going to have a full prime anytime soon.
