How good is the outside prime?

This is a position I feel strongly about, so I'll post without looking at the others first. I can't see that it's too good, white will often close out one black checker, but that's it. Neither can I see black winning this nearly as often as needed to take. White may not be able to roll the prime in perfectly, but black's board will be busted by the time such problems may appear. Hence I see even smaller risk for white since any lucky escape from black practically always also will include a hit, which gives white rehitting chances.
