In Response To: Factors for Tournament Attendance (2) (Bob Koca)

I disagree. I think it is great that people can work their way up and accrue some ABT points along the way. I believe that the best solution is that anyone who has reached 20 ABT points during a calendar year, should be ineligible for additional ABT points that year unless they earn them in the Open division. Directors can decide if they will let them play Intermediate, but they should not be able to make ABT progress without moving up.
