Your quiz makes me realize that a particularly insidious way that someone could intentionally cheat would be to skew the dice so that

1. to an untutored eye, they look even more random than truly random dice, and therefore would not arouse suspicion; but

2. the rolls favor the cheater.

This would have been tough to engineer in pre-computer days, but with computers anything is possible.
