For one thing, if you are going to do this, please include a link to the original thread within your post rather than asking everyone to go find it.

I for one have gotten tired of scrolling down looking for new posts, or searching for "NEW:" in my browser. I now have my Preferences set to showing posts Simple List style, Newest First. I don't get the nice threaded list that shows all the context, but since I regularly visit the site, it gives me all new activity, including posts to ancient threads right up on the top of my screen where I can't miss it.
