If a post is removed because its contents is considered inappropriate for whatever reason, then censorship is indeed the right word, regardless of who owns the site.
Censorship is not always the right word when a post is removed. Censorship has a negative connotation because it's suppressing something that someone (me in this eg) finds objectionable in one way or another. Would you, for example, read UBK's recent post UBK and say I had censored something if I deleted it? I only ask because when Bob originally posted it, and he'll verify this, I did delete it, and for a reason too.
I have deleted many posts in the past, from Mario, from Andy, from Eric, from XXXX and countless others sometimes because I don't know what happened and I don't want the forum to be the place to figure it out. Other times it's something political that gets too steamy and ppl don't draw the line between discussion and argument, it's not that I find anything objectionable about the subject or what is being said but because I've had enough of it already.
