This is a type of position I used to get wrong regularly. In the past I would play 21,9 for flexibility and end up losing when I was forced to hit loose and was hit back. Your timing is not bad. Make the point and if he fans (44.5%) he is in a world of hurt and you should have time to escape. If he comes in with one (44.5%) the game is close but you are still a nice equity favorite because you win many more gammons.
