The duplication of fours was not a factor in my thinking. I means there's no duplication bonus for a play that duplicates over and above the number of return hits it gives. Note that 22/16 9/8 gets hit more often in the outfield than 13/7 8/7 despite the duplication of fours. And after 22/16 6/5*, although White will hit on his 20 point with one four, after 22/16 4-4 and 5-4 hit twice.
