I'm missing the point you are trying to make.

Are you sure you missed it? I'm not. How often have you seen someone write that So-and-so played 2.5 in his match against ...! Well, based on what? Here, "Davis played 3.27 and Sylvester played 5.38" doesn't mean that "Davis played 3.27 and Sylvester played 5.38." If we roll out just this one cube decision, suddenly we have Davis playing at WC 3.0 and Sylvester a more respectable 4.5. How well did they really play? We still don't know. Who played better? Probably Davis, but we don't even know that for sure. Which is why you said "when I have a match I really want to know the error rate, I roll out every error and cube decision," right?
