I think there are less than 10 people who AVERAGE under 3, if you count all their matches.

While many may be playing frequently below 3, they will almost all be playing some matches above 3, dragging their average ER up above the 3.

I'm talking about matches to 7 and longer. Matches to 5 and shorter often only have 1 or 2 real cube decisions, making it a lot easier to play these distances at really low ERs. At least this is my experience.
