Chiva, thank you. Three comments:

(1) I looked at your site too and would have added the link if it had appeared that it was working. It seemed that it was not. On second glance, I see that the rules appear down below the list of links, that is, on the front page but off the screen. A reader -- that'd be me -- misses the rules unless he scrolls down to a second screenful of information. That sounds simple, of course, but I was expecting the link to open a new page.

(2) Many readers may not care and may never notice depending on their browser settings, but websites that "want to run" multiple add-ons such as Active-X controls annoy me. Are they really necessary?

(3) Within the display of the rules, my browser (MSIE 8) shows a lot of html comments like this (plus the lesser/greater than signs) before most paragraphs:

!--[if !supportLists]-- ... !--[endif]--
