Better still, but not implemented in gnubg, roll out until a fixed jsd is reached.

Do you mean standard deviation of equity, or something else ?

A few months ago, I argued in the bug-gnubg mailng list that it would be more sensible than the implemented std/value criterion.

It went nowhere (besides the "thread" above, I got a skeptical private mail from one of the lead gnubg developpers) but since it seemed useful to me, I made the change in my copy of gnubg since I compile it myself. If other think the same way, I could try to push the subject again.
