Yes indeed updates were not forthcoming, in my case because all my attempts to get on the wireless network at the hotel failed by telling me I was connected to the network but couldn't access the Internet. I wasn't blaming the network till now, because a) I have Windows Vista, b) I had recently downloaded Service Pack 1 and about 10,000 updates I had delayed, c) I have my firewall set on Clinically Paranoid, and d) I have Windows Vista. But now I *will* blame the network, because I'm sitting in a Panera on the way home, eating carbs and getting on the network here just fine.

Sorry no updates from the front, but I'll post a report on GV soon. No final match this time, Brent Cohen vs. Ed Bennett, as it was not recorded.
