Maybe there's a better way to measure takes?

Why can't the bots give us this information?
Gnubg does (or did, or tries to). On my build, I can run a rollout and when it ends I can click on the "View Statistics" Button. "Truncate at race database" must be off to avoid getting error messages.
The statistics include wins and cube data broken down by side, game result, cube level and cube action. There's also an estimate of cube efficiency for both sides.
*I'm using Build Version 0.90-mingw (build Jun 24 2008) and don't know if this feature is in the latest version.
*I looked at this feature for the first time in a long time today. The numbers reported for the one position I looked at seemed valid at a glance. A long time ago, my experience was that the tables included some entries that I could not make sense of.
*You will only get the View Statistics button when you first roll out an evaluated position. You won't get it if you restart or extend an already rolled out position.
*I see no way to cut/paste/save the tables, so try it yourself, Phil, and see if this isn't the data that you are asking for.
