"This tournament was slow as pinesap in February. My third match commenced at 9:20 PM after a six hour delay."

It should be noted that the 2 hour 15 minute dinner break is included in those 6 hours and that part of the reason for the delay was that there was an anti bye adding a round to catch up to him. Be glad you didn't get an anti-bye. I will also guess you won fairly quickly. I don't see this as Elayne's fault at all.

Yes. It was a little stunning that she didn't know her own rules for the tuornament, posted the clock policy here after the brochures had gone out but did not announce the clock policy at the tournament, and didn't see why you would object to having to ask me. Also at least one person on staff should have known how to set clocks.

I didn't experience the other problems but did not stay at the hotel and did not attend the lecture and arrived near end of Calcutta. For me thinigs were o.k..
