The first position must be an easy take for white, and I wouldn't double as blue. Positions where blue is bearing in some points against an advanced anchor, and there are some gaps for blue, are ususally takes. This is quite a bit worse, and the score just adds even more in the direction of ND.

In the second position I think blue just has to pay now with 15/6. The criteria are met; (a)white's board will improve, (b)it's likely that blue will have to leave a shot later if not now and (c)if the shot is missed blue has decent chances of clearing up the last blot.
