David, you are correct. He did pick up the trophy before the event started and said it would save me time later.

My recommendation to those of you who will be playing in Vegas: don't let Scott get near the trophies before the tournament begins!

David, you mentioned the article on my web site. I have also posted a lesson of the week which summarizes your advice to Scott about slotting just before he played the finals with Herb. I am sure Herb appreciates all the help you have given me and Scott and others in the past few years!
