Blue has 5 buiders for excellent outfield coverage and to aim at the bar point. 19/13 16/14 looks good for an all-out assault. That might be best. But I also consider avoiding avoidable jokers. I'd play 18/12 19/17 -- a little less coverage, but better protection against jokers 5-5 and 5-6.
