Time to stir the cauldron again... Appeals committee

In our chouette we have several rules that differ from the tournament rules. I believe chouette rules need to be different for some obvious reasons. I do not equate that with major tournament directors arbitrarily changing the established rules at all.
Just a couple of changes that I happen to like, but certainly do not believe would be appropriate for tournament play:
In our Chicago Chouette, we allow fast rolls when there is no contact.
When someone is getting gammoned and their opponent has 4 or less checkers, we give them their best play after seeing the next roll.
We play legal moves and anyone can point out an illegal move.
We allow the count to be public, but only if the roller asks for a count.
And of course we have our own rules about rotation, keeping the box, settlements, usurping settlements, extras, consulting, partners, dealing with half-points, etc. etc.
