You are right Bob. And in our chouette, that's a good thing! Remember, there is no handicap system in chouette, and the better players are winning enough money from the fish as it is...if we can even things out, just a tiny bit, and save a bunch of time, and stop a few gammons in the process, it's not such a horrible thing. How many points a year do you think this really matters. In a typical day, this rule is invoked maybe 4 or 5 times and I doubt that it made a difference more than 10 percent of the time.
