I would leave my anchor alone here and lift the blot on the 6 and play the remaining 1's in the home board. Reasons: a) Six numbers for opponent gives shot instead of two, b) If the opponent rolls big and takes down his anchor safely it wouldn't have helped much if you had played 15/13(2). c) if opponent keeps his anchor he is hurting himself just as much in the race as you do now.
