Logically speaking, white has a sizable edge here.

Blue will be able to cash with the cube by getting to 75% winning chances. He must do this before he loses the game (0%). Blue is currently at around 35% winning chances

So the proposition is: Can blue gain 40% in game winning chances before losing 35% in game winning chances. Blue is therefore approximately an 8:7 underdog in this prop against equal competition.
