Even without gammons White would have a bigger edge. You assumed that Blue's cubes would be perfectly efficient (always cash at the cash point). With a position where he will play a lot of holding games, it is probably not pessimistic to assume a standard 60% cube efficiency. That would mean cashing on average not at 78%, but at 86.8%. 43.4% would be needed for a balanced prop.
