Yes, a good roll! The tide is shifting! Not that easy to play though, after the obvious 13/10* 8/5.

One good alternative is 24/21(2) ensuring the anchor. It comes at the cost of leaving 11 shots at 3 blots and not making the 3rd board point.

Plan B is to make a board point. I think 7/4(2) is better than 6/3(2) even if it just switches the bar point - as it leaves the position compact, leaves spares on the 6 for further attack, and leaves just 6 shots in stead of 7.

Plan C is to tidy up some blots, probably with 8/5 10/7, leaving just 4 shots from the bar. However, the blots cleaned up are slots for points as well - and just saving a couple of shots does not seem to justify not making a permanent asset.

For me the decider between A and B is the cube. Giving 5 more dancing numbers, and 5 fewer hitting numbers seem to lead to more quick cubes that will be very powerful at this score.

Final verdict: 13/10* 8/5 7/4(2)
