First, I opened Gnubg and clicked Menu bar "new," clicked the "edit" button, selected a nondoublet for the roll. Second, when the position appeared, I put the checkers, cube, match score and player names where I wanted them, selected 1-1 as the roll, and clicked "edit" to turn edit off. Third, I clicked Menu bar "analyze" and "hint" and double-clicked the #1 move. That gave me an analysis window. Instead, I could have played a move and then analyzed it. Fourth, I rolled out two moves in the analysis window and saved the position.

Then, Menu bar "edit," "copy as" "GammOnLine (HTML)," and paste in the forum posting window. Neil, I've noticed you've frequently mentioned you have had problems with this last step. Unfortunately, I have no clue what the problem is, since this feature has never not worked for me.
