If we assume 25% losses and 5% lost Gs it looks like this:
5% + 74% * 0,2 = 20%
Now it looks like a clear pass.
Personally, I think that losses are between 30% and 25%, making it a close decision if the opponent should take or pass. Even if a player knows his MET, this position can look scary. It's one thing calculating your TP and another thing estimating your wins and your Gs.
American players must be better than Danish players as I've put this position on the Danish forum and here people (strong players) tend to pass.
Neill: Judging by your posts I assume that most of the time you are playing inferior players. How do you like taking this gammonish 4-cube when your fishy opponent needs exactly 8 points as is the case here? You will never pass this and try to come back?
