I'm not sure how much white will win after a closeout but my guess is 8%. Sometimes it doesn't get that far because 11 times out of 36 blue will fail to cover. So white will hit back about 4 in 36 but then he's still not a favorite to win; still I think this is enough to reach the 11% takepoint.
Since the take is close it must be a technical redouble. In practice though I would let it depend on the strength of my opponent.
